WINERY

Our vineyards are located in the heart of winemaking of Chile, the famous Curicó Valley where the highest quality of grapes are grown. Our wines are the spirit of our land. Exclusivity, creativity and professionalism are the pillars of our vineyard.

Deep South Wines

Deep South Wines, was founded in 2012 in the Curicó Valley, one of the best wine valleys in Chile, with best climatic conditions for the production of the grapes.
Our company is characterized by respecting the traditions of the Chilean countryside with emphasis on the local and heritage, but flexible and globalized at the same time, focusing on the needs of our customers.
We want our wines to be the spirit of our land, where exclusivity, creativity and professionalism are the pillars of our company.

Winery

Our winery has a production capacity of 200 thousand liters per year with stainless steel tanks of first quality, a state-of-the-art laboratory, an aging room with American and French oak barrels, and a bottling plant with latest technology (renewed in 2015 with 3 parallel lines).
Although all the processes of our company, from the vineyards to the bottling, are covered under HACCP certification, the distinguishing mark of our company is our human capital, made up of a trained team of cellar workers, technicians, winemakers and engineers, among others.

Vineyards

Our vineyards are more than 25 years old, where we cultivate different strains such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere, Syrah, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Malbec, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, among others.

In the Curicó Valley, the maturation period of red grapes occurs between January and March, with temperatures ranging from a minimum of 11 ° C to a maximum of 34 ° C. These thermal variations promote the development of concentrated tannins that enhance the aromas and colors, a distinctive feature of Deep South Wines red wines.
